SITE POLICY

PRIVACY

This page explains what the KINGQUOC website stores, what is processed only when you choose Discord sign-in, and how embedded platforms may handle information outside the Archive.

EFFECTIVE AUGUST 8, 2026 · UPDATED AUGUST 2, 2026

1. The basic principle

The public KINGQUOC Archive is designed to be browsed without creating an account. We do not sell personal information. Most progress features operate locally inside your current browser.

2. Information stored on your device

The Gate, Education Chamber, Living Codex, cinematic progress, sound preference, local profile, and My Archive dashboard may use browser storage. This can include your selected Archive rank, completed lessons, watched transmissions, recovered fragments, display name, short bio, favorite saga, and a locally compressed profile image.

This local information stays in the browser profile and device where it was created unless a future feature clearly states otherwise. Clearing site data or using private browsing may erase it.

3. Discord sign-in

Discord sign-in is optional. When you choose it, Discord may provide the site with your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar. The site uses that information to create a signed Archive session and display your member identity, rank, and badges.

The site does not receive your Discord password. Session information is stored in a secure, HTTP-only cookie for a limited period. You can end the session by using the logout control.

4. Technical information

Cloudflare and normal web infrastructure may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timing, security events, and diagnostic logs. This information is used to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

5. External media and platforms

The Archive links to or embeds services including YouTube, Discord, Spotify, Apple Music, TIDAL, TikTok, Instagram, RedNote, and the Internet Archive. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and may set cookies or collect usage information when you open or interact with them.

6. Analytics

The site may use privacy-conscious traffic and reliability measurements to understand page visits, media launches, navigation failures, and launch performance. Any future analytics expansion will be reflected on this page.

7. Your choices

  • Browse without Discord sign-in.
  • Keep sound disabled.
  • Use reduced-motion or data-saving browser settings.
  • Clear KINGQUOC local storage and cookies through your browser.
  • Close a Discord session through the member logout control.

8. Children

The site is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit personal information through the Archive if you are not legally permitted to use the relevant online services.

9. Changes and questions

This policy may change as the Archive adds new account, community, or media systems. Material updates will be dated here. Questions and deletion requests can be sent through the official support paths on the Contact page.

The local My Archive dashboard and the Discord Member Identity are separate systems at launch. Cross-device synchronization is not active unless the site explicitly announces that capability.
